Purpose
The details you give in the inquiry form (name, e-mail, phone, description of the lost item and the time and place it was lost) are used only to look for the item, confirm ownership and hand over or ship the item to you.
Legal basis
Your consent and providing the service at your request.
Retention
Personal data is kept for 12 months from the inquiry and then deleted or anonymised.
Recipients
Data is not disclosed to third parties except service providers needed to run the service (database and e-mail service, shipping). Found items and inquiries are not published online.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to myynti@loytotavarat.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Ombudsman.
